You know this, this is the act that allows assistance eligible individuals (AEI)  to receive a subsidy of 65% of their COBRA premium for up to 15 months. 

The changes made are that the last day of the period in which an employee must be involuntarily terminated to be eligible for the subsidy was extended, from 2/28/10 to 3/31/10. 

Also, An involuntary termination of employment that occurs on or after March 2, 2010 and follows a qualifying event that was a reduction of hours and that occurred at any time from September 1, 2008 through March 31, 2010 is now a qualifying event for purposes of ARRA.
